Update April 22, 2020:
Our new USA fulfillment center is now shipping orders! We have already begun shipping all those orders that have been pending. There are no delays shipping new orders.
Update April 16, 2020:
Our Spain fulfillment center is back open and we will begin shipping European orders immediately! We expect our new US fulfillment center to be ready to start shipping very soon. The posters have arrived.
Hi Everyone,
First of all, thank you so much for your support over the past 2 years. It's been great to see so much interest in our posters and to receive all the love from fans and customers.
In the past month, the world has been turned on its head. Nobody would have believed how quickly the things we depend on in our daily lives could change. Yet here we are, *temporarily*, all having to adapt to a new normal.
We ship our posters from fulfillment centers in Spain and New York. In the past week, non-essential businesses in both locations were put on lockdown. I know what you're thinking: "surely your posters are considered essential, right?" Thanks for the kind words, but unfortunately the relevant governments disagree.
Therefore, while we are still accepting new orders, those orders will not immediately be shipped. There are also several orders from this weekend and earlier which unfortunately could not be shipped before the lockdowns went into effect. Those customers will be notified individually about the delay.
That said, we were already in the process of opening up a new fulfillment center in the western United States. Though it is not quite ready to start fulfilling orders, we expect it will be ready to start shipping to both the US and abroad within 2 weeks.
Again we are still accepting new orders, and those orders (and currently pending orders) will be shipped as soon as our fulfillment centers are open again.
We hope you understand. We're all doing our best to keep our promises during this crisis, and we appreciate your patience.
