Establecer Participio
The Participio or Past Participle of Establecer is establecido. This is used to form the Establecer Present Perfect and the Establecer Past Perfect.
Establecer Gerundio
The Gerundio or Present Participle of Establecer is estableciendo. This is used to form the Establecer Present Continuous.
Establecer Present Continuous
The Present Continuous (presente progresivo or presente continuo) is used to describe actions that are happening right now or around now. To form the present continuous tense, combine the Estar conjugation with the Establecer Gerundio (or Present Participle).
